With countless venues available, many clients find it difficult and stressful to find the perfect venue. With our experience, we have a number of suitable venues in our database and we constantly research new venues.
Following our initial consultation, we look for venues that match your chosen criteria and are based within your chosen area. We then provide you with a list of suitable locations for you to view at your leisure.
In addition, this service includes:
- Production of a highly detailed Venue Report featuring at least 3 suitable venues. Reports include: venue specification, estimated costs, pros & cons, photographs & previous client testimonials.
- Accompanying you to view potential venues, talking you through the features of each venue & highlighting any issues that are of relevance to you and your celebration, asking the relevant questions and walking through the flow of your day at the venue.
- Assistance in negotiating a contract, reading the small prints and making a finalised booking with your preferred venue.
