This is our signature service, it is extensive, and encompasses all aspects of your event from conceptualization and articulation of a vision or style or theme, devising a design concept for your event to sourcing outfits, a venue, creating the right decor using fabric, texture, lighting and colors to create the mood and ambience tracking your budget and a lot more. If you are a busy professional, out of town client, have little or no time to be involved in the planning process or you simply want professionals to create your dream event, we will be with you every step of the way, taking care of every little detail and ensuring your celebration is a huge success. We will meet with you for a free consultation where we get to know you, so we can fully understand your style, passions, likes, dislikes, personality and lifestyle. From here, whilst keeping you fully informed and in firm control, we ensure that we deliver your celebration with utmost professionalism and creative thought, with every element coming together with style and efficiency. We will prepare and send you a detailed proposal after our initial meeting. We charge 10% - 15% of the event budget or a fixed fee if this option is easier for budgeting.
